woah! it's been a while again... yeah, a really LONG while huh?  well, just to catch up a little bit here are some highlights:

I finally left the old job I've had for 2 years.  Yay!  That was a relief from all that driving I did everyday.  That 405 is seriously a disaster!!! Besides, I started hating that job anyway.  That medical office was so unorganized.  I found a new job here in the valley, 4 miles away from my place, which I started working at on May 29th.  Whew! 10 minute drive for me! Great pay plus great benefits, flexible schedules, and its pretty easy and laid back. And I don't have to be involved with crazy doctors.  I basically just work with RN's and LVN's.  And it's funny cause we're all girls... ehem! HOT LADIES working there.  Yup! we're the whore-house suite of the building haha! Dream job lol.

My little baby Shaena Kristen just turned 5 months last June 28th.  She's growing so fast!  and she's getting cuter and cuter!  Aww! Current pix of her here:

Sammy and I just had our first anniversary on June 30th.  We went to Catalina and spent 3 days and 2 nights there.  We got to relax a little bit.  I got to keep my mind off work and sh*t hehe.  It was our first time going there.  and I got sea sick.  I wanted to jump off the boat!  Ayyyy!  Pretty place though.  We stayed at the Villa Portofino.  I felt like I was in the Philippines coz'a the small roads and stuff.  Their major transportation there was a golf cart... yeah I know... WTF huh?!  It's was so funnaaay coz all the golf carts there were California registered and only licensed drivers could drive 'em.  Weird.  Their VONS was weird.  It was like a liquor store lol.  No McDonald's or Burger King or In-N-Out or anything there.  OMG... no In-N-Out!  Here's a quick view of Catalina from my powershot:

I got Sammy a PS3 for our anniversary.  Too bad we had to return it since he said it sucks.  He said it was too plain.  I couldn't return the game though since he opened it.  If anyone is interested in buying Resistance: Fall of Man we got one here.  It's Brand New... and it was only opened to try the PS3 console.  okay... this isn't ebay haha?!  Yeah so we ended up returning it.  I went and bought him a plasma TV instead.  At least he'll enjoy his gaming experience better with his X360.  I drove my butt over to Beverly Hills and bought myself a Louis Vuitton bag as an anniversary gift to myself too.  It wouldn't have been fair for Sammy to get something and I didn't hehe.  Love the purse! Lmao.  I'm addicted to designer handbags.

I had July 4th off.  Thank goodness!  Stayed at home and got some rest since I was still a bit hungover from our Catalina trip.  and here I am today writing this dumb 'ol blog.  Alright amma sleep now peeps.  Got a shift tomorrow.  See yaaah!

let's make this short coz i'm tired... i just got home from the hospital last night. i WAS in true labor that saturday.  by the time i got to the hospital i was 8cm dilated.  the nurses were shocked with my pain tolerance! even i couldn't belive it... what a miracle!  normally delivered my baby at 3:58 am 1/28/07. she was 7lbs. 6 oz. and 19 inches.  i'll post details later... im sore and tired.
